Employees are expected to maintain regular communication with B&N Staffing during their assignment. If you will be absent, late, leaving early, or have a workplace concern, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Paystubs
Employees can access their pay stubs and payroll information online using the payroll portal provided during onboarding.
To view your pay stubs, click the link below and log in with your account information.
• To access your pay stubs, log on to: https://bnstaffing.madisonrf.com
• Click “Login” under Online Services.
• Enter your assigned username. (Last name & last 4 digits of your SSN)
• Enter your secure password. (Last 4 digits of your SSN)
• Follow prompts to set up your email for password recovery.
• Click the “Paystubs” tab and select “Home.”
• Click the check number to view detailed pay information.
